The model

Platform sharing, not contract manufacturing

Unlike traditional factories that build to your spec from scratch, OtterMax offers shared internal platforms — proven, certified, and already in production — with customised exteriors. You get the speed and reliability of an off‑the‑shelf product with the exclusivity of a custom design.

1. Choose your platform

ETW for EU wall‑hung toilets, ES for EU bidet seats, NS for North America. Every platform is already EN 1717 / ETL certified — the hardest part is done.

2. Customise the exterior

Enclosure, seat shape, colour, UI panel, remote — you define the look. The internal architecture stays the same, so reliability and certification are not affected.

3. Add or remove functions

Need auto‑flush? Skip the dryer? Want a dedicated PCB with fewer functions for a lower price point? The platform is modular — you configure, we deliver.

4. Certify under your brand

We provide the technical file, test reports and factory audit support. Your brand gets CE, EN 1717, ETL or CB — we handle the paperwork.

UF Heated Seat

Urea‑formaldehyde is harder, more hygienic and more durable than standard ABS or PP seats. The heating element is embedded during moulding — not glued on afterwards. This eliminates cold spots and extends service life.

Tankless Instant Ceramic Heater

Unlimited warm water on demand. No storage tank means zero standby power consumption, no bacterial growth in stagnant water, and a slimmer product profile. The ceramic heating core is rated for 10,000+ hours of continuous operation.

Built‑in Water Hammer Arrestor

A proprietary internal chamber absorbs the pressure spike when the solenoid valve closes. This protects the household plumbing, reduces operational noise, and extends the life of every valve in the system — all without an external device.

Quick‑Release Mechanism

Despite the heated seat, motorised lid and sensor wiring, the entire seat‑and‑lid assembly releases with one button. No tools, no unplugging cables. Designed for easy cleaning and field service — a feature no competitor has replicated in a wall‑hung product.

EN 1717 Water‑Path Architecture

The anti‑backflow protection is integral to the ceramic casting and internal plumbing — not a bolt‑on check valve. This means fewer parts, fewer failure points, and full compliance verified by third‑party testing (EN 13077, EN 13079).

Rimless Vertex Flush

A rimless bowl design with a directed vertex water path delivers powerful, quiet flushing with less water. No rim means no hidden dirt — easier to clean, more hygienic, and preferred by European consumers.
